Welcome to the Willis University. This is a site dedicated mostly to the world's natural disasters. Also some random inserts of global news from credible sources and also a mixture of opinion. Some of the opinions are not suitable for all. Please remember this is my opinion only. Thanks to all for the guidance I've been given.

This was a hardest posts I've done. I was not in the militay at the time of 911 but it did help in making my decision to join. Ultimately it was not the only reason but a big part of it. This movie has and will continue to cause a lot of controversy but I do think this movie is coming out at the right time. Although it will not tell the true story of the courage of the passengers of Flight 93. But it does show that Americans will not set back and let another country try to come into our borders and try to take this great nation down.

JERUSALEM -
Iran has received its first batch of North Korean-made surface-to-surface missiles that put European countries within firing range, Israel's military intelligence chief said in an interview published Thursday.
The BM-25 missiles have a range of 1,550 miles and are capable of carrying nuclear warheads, the Haaretz daily reported.

Found a great site on pointless drivel......which is where I found Celebrity Love Match. You have to answer 40 questions, so it's gotta be accurate (don't worry, the questions can be answered quickly). And you can choose to be matched up with either a male or female. I answered the questions as honest as I could. Here is who I match up with:
Your next closest matches were:
Sheryl Swoopes
Ashley Judd
Nicole Kidman

original news source:news .yahoo.com Using NASA simulations of the comet's path, Julien concludes that impact is likely around May 25 precisely when the comet crosses the Earth's ecliptic plane. While the first fragment will cross at approximately 10 million miles, lagging fragments threaten to collide. While astronomers have stated that the comet poses no direct threat, Julien argues that some fragments are too small to observe. Astronomers have predicted possible meteor showers indicating some cometary debris will enter the atmosphere.
Former Military Air Traffic Controller, Eric Julien, predicts the collision of a comet fragment from Comet 73P on May 25th. His studies are based on the dispersal of the comet fragments from the original comet. He has not identified a specific fragment that will hit, but says that the fragment that will hit is too small for astronomers to see yet.
I've been predicting the possibility of meteor showers from this comet for months now. The highest probability is May 24th with a higher probability in the days after than in the days before. He's also trying to include some hocus pocus about crop circles and Bush's bad karma for his threatening posture in the Middle East.

WAUKESHA, Wis. - Lance Nesta did what many people do when receiving a fruitcake — he set it aside, only to rediscover it more than 40 years later in his mother's attic. Nesta couldn't resist taking a peek at the cake, still in its original tin and wrapped in paper.
"I was amazed that it hadn't changed at all," he said.
Nesta's two aunts sent him the fruitcake in November 1962 while he was stationed in Alaska with the Army.

From 1811-1812, 3 large earthquakes believed to be 8.0 or greater on the Richter scale shook eight states from the southern US to the eastern side of the US ranging from, Alabama, Arkansas, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Mississippi, Missouri and Tennessee, known as the New Madrid Seismic Zone. Aftershocks were felt as far away as Montreal Canada some 1,200 miles away.
Fortunately, the area was sparsely populated at the time. There were only about 400 residents in the frontier town of New Madrid, Missouri. They were awakened in the middle of the night when the first big quake hit December 16, 1811.

The Sunday Times reports (S+C) x (B+F)/T = V is the formula that determines if your buttocks are a perfect 10: Video: Tushology
David Holmes, a psychology lecturer at Manchester Metropolitan University, England, devised the formula. He asked about 2000 women across Britain to assess their bottoms using a simple points scale.
For example, those who believed theirs resembled a trodden doughnut scored just one point for shape, whereas those with a small peach scored the maximum five.

A former elementary school teacher who spent six months in jail for having sex with a 13-year-old student was arrested again, this time for violating probation by apparently communicating with the victim. Pamela Rogers, 28, was arrested Tuesday and released on $10,000 bond. A judge Wednesday ordered her to appear at a July 12 hearing.
Last August, Rogers reached a plea deal to serve nine months on an eight-year sentence, allowing her to avoid a trial on 28 charges of sexual battery and statutory rape. She was released from jail in February for good behavior.
Authorities said she violated probation by establishing a Web page on the online social networking hub MySpace.com. Her page featured a blog that included what authorities said was communication between Rogers and the victim's 17-year-old sister.
WTF was she thinking? Not a smart thing Pamela!! Why couldn't I find her MySpace, she wouldn't be going to stand trial now. Maybe I need to finish my MySpace so these teachers can find me!!! Another sizzling HOT teacher. I need some teachers like Debra and Pamela to teach at the UW!! Like Hunt says,
"I would drink her bath water"!!
I am in need of new teachers!!!
Kamchatka peninsula in Russia's Far East was hit by a 6.1 magnitude earthquake Wednesday morning. For more info on this region please click on link below.
Kamchatka Peninsula (Russian: полуо́стров Камча́тка) is a 1,250-kilometer long peninsula in the Russian Far East, with an area of 472,300 km². It lies between the Pacific Ocean (to the east) and the Sea of Okhotsk (to the west). Between the peninsula and the Pacific Ocean runs the Kuril-Kamchatka Trench with a depth of 10,500 m.
The central valley and the Kamchatka River are flanked by large volcanic ranges, containing around 160 volcanoes, 29 of them still active. Thus, the peninsula has the highest density of volcanos and associated volcanic phenomena in the world, 19 active volcanos being inscribed by the UNESCO on the World Heritage List.

Wow I came across this report while seaching for "classified UFO documents" on Google. The Majestic 12 has been under question for quite a few years. But I thought I let you read these few articles I found on the subject and let you form your own opinion.
The U.S. government does not explicitly acknowledge the existence of the Groom Lake facility, nor does it deny it. Unlike much of the Nellis range, the area surrounding the lake is permanently off-limits both to civilian and normal military air traffic. The area is protected by radar stations, and uninvited guests are met by helicopters and armed guards. Should they accidentally stray into the exclusionary "box" surrounding Groom's airspace, even military pilots training in the NAFR are reportedly grilled extensively by military intelligence agents.

At least 10 people died in Tennessee as severe thunderstoms and tornadoes swept thru the southern US. It was the second wave of violent weather to hit the state in less than a week.
The Nashville suburbs were the hardest hit, with at least eight deaths happening northeast of the city.
The number of tornadoes in the United States has jumped dramatically through the first part of 2006 compared with the past few years, according to the National Weather Service's Storm Prediction Center.
Through the end of March, an estimated 286 tornadoes had hit the United States, compared with an average of 70 for the same three-month period in each of the past three years.
The number of tornado-related deaths was 38 before Friday's storms. The average number of deaths from 2003 to 2005 was 45 a year, the prediction center said.

Theodore Roosevelt on Immigrants and being an AMERICAN
"In the first place we should insist that if the immigrant who comes here in good faith becomes an American and assimilates himself to us, he shall be treated on an exact equality with everyone else, for it is an outrage to discriminate against any such man because of creed, or birthplace, or origin. But this is predicated upon the man's becoming in very fact an American, and nothing but an American...There can be no divided allegiance here. Any man who says he is an American, but something else also, isn't an American at all. We have room for but one flag, the American flag, and this excludes the red flag, which symbolizes all wars against liberty and civilization, just as much as it excludes any foreign flag of a nation to which we are hostile...We have room for but one language here, and that is the English language...and we have room for but one sole loyalty and that is a loyalty to the American people."
Theodore Roosevelt 1907
Comments: Theodore Roosevelt indeed wrote these words, but not in 1907 while he was still president. The passages were culled from a letter he wrote to the president of the American Defense Society on January 3, 1919, three days before Roosevelt died. (After researching FDR did die on Jan. 6, 1919)

Groom Lake also known as area 51 located 90 miles north of Las Vegas has been a mystery for quite some time. The number refers to a 6-by-10-mile block of land, at the center of which is a large air base the government will not discuss.
Several high-tech super-secret planes were developed and tested here, including the U-2, SR-71 Blackbird and the F-117 Stealth Fighter.
Above I've posted some aerial views of Area 51. (Left) Could this be the toxic waste dump that the employees complains about and have filed failed lawsuits against the U.S. government? Is this an opening to an underground water base containing aquatic aliens? (Right) Is an aerial view of Area 51 at 23,000 ft.
More to come...

Zacarias Moussaoui has been found responsible for at least one death in the Sept. 11th attack on the twin towers. With that Moussaoui is eligible for the death penalty. He is the only person to be charged and convicted in the worst act of terrorism on U.S. soil.
I personally believe this man should die for what he did.
Please post your comments on this case.

Saturday night I decided to take my son to the races. It was a great adventure. I have never been to the raceway here in town, and he had never been to a race. Even though we both enjoy watching Nascar every Sunday afternoon. I took a few pictures but then the camera died so here is the one picture I got to take of the track before the races started. I will take more to post next time.
