Coastal cities submerged?

New reports of glaciers melting could cause the earth's oceans to rise. By the end of this century the earth could be a possible 4 degrees warmer than it is now. I know this doesn't seem like much but for cities on costal areas look out. Let me know your thoughts on this topic.
