Tornado Spotted Touching Down In Maryland

(AP) FLINTSTONE, Md. A tornado was spotted touching down in the Flintstone area and funnel clouds were seen elsewhere in Allegany County, but there were no reports of injuries or structural damage.

Calls about funnel clouds started coming in around 8:30 p.m. Tuesday to the county's Emergency Management Center, said Ron Frye, Allegany's deputy director of emergency management. Frye said reports of possible tornadoes also came in from the Frostburg and Lonaconing areas. http://wjz.com/topstories/local_story_163225017.html
